Not long after nabbing singer/actress Dinah Shore‘s former estate in Palm Springs for $5.23 million, Leonardo DiCaprio has decided to put the six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bath—designed by architect Donald Wexler—up for rent.

Sited on a 1.34-acre desert oasis compound in Old Las Palmas, the Wolf of Wall Street star’s contemporary property—which comes fully furnished—features a guesthouse overlooking the heated pool and spa, on top of a one-bedroom casita situated next to a tennis court.

Equipped with a piano, fireplace, and cocktail bar, the 7,022-square-foot main house’s living room makes for great grand-scale entertaining (though not nearly as grand as the roaring bashes DiCaprio hosted as the Great Gatsby).

To boot, the “titanic” deal includes daily maid service and free Wifi, not to mention easy access to a plethora of high-end restaurants, live theater, and art galleries.
