Sean Penn, actor, director, Haitian nonprofit leader, and love to Charlize Theron, has listed his 1.4-acre gated Malibu estate for $6.55 million.

Just a short walk to the beach and situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, the 1960-built, U-shaped home offers views of the home’s pool and large outdoor entertaining space from the master bedroom, family room, and living room.

The meticulously landscaped yard is home to terraced gardens and a lush rose garden, offering a tranquil retreat for any lifestyle.

The secluded property—which Penn originally purchased the house for $3.8 million in 2009—includes three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, plus a detached guesthouse and an office adjacent to the garage.
