After over a year on the market, “Die Hard” star Bruce Willis has finally unloaded his gated Benedict Canyon estate for $16.5 million.

Though close to 20% less than his original asking price of $22 million, the 59-year-old actor—known for starring in blockbuster hits such as “Pulp Fiction,” “The Fifth Element,” and “The Sixth Sense”—still stands to makes a significant profit off the sale, given that he acquired the 10,379-square-foot property in 2004 from producer Alan Ladd, Jr. for just $9 million.

The stunning eight-bedroom, 11-bath, Spanish-style residence sits on close to an acre of landscaped grounds alongside a tennis court, a large resort pool surrounded by a wooden deck, and a unique indoor courtyard and fountain.

Striking a balance between old world charm and modern convenience, the home’s well-appointed living space boasts a state-of-the-art screening room; a library; a chilled wine cellar; and a gourmet chef’s kitchen equipped with an eight-burner stove and a massive island in the center of the room, making it an ideal spot for entertaining.
