Alas, TV personality Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos have found a buyer for their Soho penthouse, which cost them $9.5 million to revamp back in 2005.

Originally listed for $24.5 million, the pad sat on the market for 14 whole months before an unnamed purchaser finally agreed to take the plunge . . . though much to the show biz duo’s chagrin, at an undisclosed discounted price. Though undoubtedly sophisticated in design, the apartment turned off many past potential buyers due to its family-oriented layout.

Along with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, the 7,000-square-foot duplex has a spacious living area; a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances; white oak flooring; a master suite with walk-in closets; 12-foot ceilings; marble and milled wood detailing; a gym; a media room complete with a fireplace; and an attached bath with a luxe jacuzzi situated within a 3,000-square-foot outdoor space.
