Jessica Simpson purchased this sweet ivy-covered home for $5.27M back in 2005 after her split from Nick Lachey and recently sold it for around $6.4M (quite a bit less than it’s original $7.29M pricing).

Simpson wasn’t the only one to enjoy this gorgeous slice of paradise. The home was previously owned by Ozzy Osbourne, Ellen DeGeneres and Rick Yorn.
