Spanish popstar Enrique Iglesias just sold his extra special Bay Point property for $6.7M. This custom home is perfectly positioned in a very exclusive Floridian community with views of Miami’s skyline.

Bay Point is known for it’s private setting, the Iglesias’ 6,400-square-foot estate was built in the exclusive community in 1998.

The property offers 100 feet of waterfront, tropical landscaping, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home is also the highest-priced listing (per-square-foot) sold in the neighborhood to-date.

Esther Percal of Christie’s International Real Estate represented Iglesias in the transaction.
