Nick Jonas, the 22-year-old pop singer best known for his 2014 smash hit “Jealous,” has put his beautiful L.A. home on the market for $3.6 million.
The 2,305-square-foot Spanish-style house sits above Sunset Strip in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills. We’re betting Jonas is looking for a bigger space to share with Miss Universe girlfriend Olivia Culpo, whom he’s been dating since 2013.
The former Disney star’s home is charming and, despite boasting a high-tech security system, remarkably sedate.
Sconces warm the white stucco at night, while a lagoon-style pool is protected by ample landscaping and a privacy wall. A guesthouse is tucked into backyard foliage.
Inside the property, hardwood floors, a deep-soaking tub and off-white upholstery—including a four-poster canopy bed—provide a peaceful oasis from Los Angeles bustle.

Situated along Nottingham Avenue in Los Angeles, “Dexter” star Michael C. Hall’s homey Spanish Colonial is tucked behind a picturesque entry garden. Currently asking $4.5 million, the actor’s 5,618-square-foot gated estate has three chief components: a main house, guest quarters, and a sprawling space previously used to store the bodies of all his victims… (kidding, kidding—it’s just a three-car garage). The lush garden and swimming pool out back also provide a wholesome touch to the property’s open grounds.
A step into the six-bedroom, six-bath property’s simplistic main house brings you into an elegant foyer that opens on either side to the home’s formal living room and informal den. Each room exudes a unique flavor, as light and space flow seamlessly between them. Arched windows, wood-beamed ceilings, and low-pitched tile roofing are effortlessly balanced by contemporary amenities such as the residence’s cutting-edge kitchen, which features clean lines and evocative lighting. Guaranteed not to have any skeletons in its closets—literally and figuratively speaking—this beautifully crafted home exemplifies the heart of Los Feliz architecture.

After being listed, price chopped and then delisted in 2013, Sheryl Crow’s beautiful Los Angeles spread has returned to the market priced to sell at $11.95M. Boasting 11 bedrooms, 8.5 baths and over ten acres of land, the listing is the perfect fit for a family that loves to entertain.
Crow’s listing includes three homes (one a Spanish revival, one a cottage and the last aptly named ‘The Craftsman’), each with their own particular kind of charm. The revival offers four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a unique wrought iron staircase, while The Craftsman offers four bedrooms and three baths with views of Hollywood. Last, the cottage home offers three bedrooms and two baths.
Outside, the residences are linked by pathways, a playground, a gigantic infinity pool and a teepee!
